Chris leads all aspects of the investment process, including deal sourcing, structuring and due diligence. He builds and maintains strong relationships with owners, owner-operators, brokers, searchers and independent sponsors and investors. Experience in corporate, start-ups and SMBs and proud father of future jujitsu champion, Jack!

Mike runs Established Industries’ first investment, a manufacturer’s rep for playgrounds, splashpads, scoreboards and athletic equipment. Aside from this, he advises on investments and is the proud father of three boys.

Mike has deep operational experience from his time in The Air Force and finance experience as an ex-analyst. He has joined Established Industries as our first Associate where he works on deal sourcing and development. Our Associate model blends Traditional and self-funded search; Mike will lead a target company post-close with Established Industries as one of his investors and advisors.
